The Municipality of Parelion - Glyfada Corfu

 The Municipality of Parelion boasts more popular beach resorts than any other municipality on the island. The most notable are Glyfada, Myrtiotissa, Ermones, Kontovialos, and Agios Gordios. Though packed with resorts and tourists, several villages in the municipality have been left untouched, and provide for a great cultural adventure into traditional Corfu. Sinarades is the biggest village in the municipality, and is closest to Agios Gordios. That makes this village the perfect stop for a quiet evening stroll after a lively day at the beach.  The village of Pelekas is close to Kontovialos, Myrtiotissa and Ermones beach, situated on a hill with a fantastic view of the island. A tradional village as well, Pelekas offers many great traditional restaurants where you can enjoy some Greek food and wine.
